Dan Rivers

Dan Rivers is the Co-Founder of LHR Property Solutions. Dan’s career in Real Estate dates back more than 15 years, including his current role as a Realtor. With extensive experience in sales, managing people, projects and budgets, Dan’s previous career experience encompasses 13 years in the Property Management industry with positions ranging from Portfolio Manager up to Division President. Having learned the ins and outs of the Real Estate Industry from sales to contracts, insurance, financials and more, Dan found his true passion in real estate, fueling the creation of LHR.
Dan has held designations through the Community Association Institute: PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager), AMS (Association Management Specialist) and License Realtor through NAR. He graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Operations with a concentration in Accounting. He continues to educate himself through reading books on Real Estate, listening to podcasts and going to seminars and events related to the industry.
When he’s not engulfed in researching the latest market trends, Dan can be found walking the county parks with his dog, hitting the beach or enjoying some nice food and an adult beverage at one of the many amazing restaurants in the Tri-County.

Jake Adamczak

Jake has worked with LHR Property Solutions since August 2020.  Jake has been involved in residential real estate since 2019 and is passionate about finding win-win solutions to real estate problems. 

Jake has a background in the solar industry, working for Tesla and NextEra energy before going full time into real estate.  This background working as an engineer has cultivated a mindset of figuring out creative solutions to difficult problems.  Jake believes this skill is helpful when working with homeowners and helping them find the best solution for their unique situation.

When he is not managing contractors or marketing for houses, Jake enjoys playing soccer and watching Buffalo sports.

Eric Shelley

Eric Shelley is the Co-Founder of LHR Property Solutions. As a Lowcountry native, Eric is passionate about preserving the region’s heritage and culture, a value he holds close to him within his business.
After a successful career in the maritime industry, Eric began his career in Real Estate in 2015. With an initial focus on flipping, selling, and handyman services, he later shifted his goals to focus on improving the value of our unique neighborhoods and to assist in broadening homeownership and affordable housing opportunities for his fellow Lowcountry neighbors. In addition to working as a Realtor with Maven Realty, today, Eric is working towards those goals by helping homeowners with their needs to sell, or stay, under their own terms.
Eric is a volunteer in the Charleston Area Justice Ministry (CAJM) and is a verteran having served in the US Coast Guard.

Vince Dawkins

Vince has a true passion to help others and always aims to add value. His focus on understanding the seller’s wants and needs has led to quality solutions.

Vince served four years in the U.S. Air Force and has a decade of experience in business development. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, mentoring youth and spending time with his family.
